The word Kidane comes from Ge'ez, meaning “covenant” or “vow,” reflecting a commitment to intentional creation, collaboration, and bringing meaningful visions to life.
Founder
Kalekidane Gizaw
Kalekidane Gizaw is the founder of KidaneKreative and a creator focused on developing original stories across film, television, and digital media. She earned a Master of Studies in Law from the University of Southern California, where she focused on business and entertainment law, and holds a B.A. in Theater from Spelman College. Through KidaneKreative, she develops and produces projects that bring ideas to life across multiple media platforms.
