Any unsolicited materials sent to KidaneKreative via mail, email, social media, or any other method may be deleted, discarded, or returned unopened without being read or reviewed. We take this measure to avoid potential misunderstandings or legal risks when projects developed by our team might seem similar to ideas submitted externally.
The act of sending materials does not create any obligation, partnership, or confidentiality agreement between the sender and KidaneKreative. By submitting any material despite this policy, you acknowledge that KidaneKreative has no obligation to you and that you release the company from any related claims.
